Mechanical Services Partnership Working

System Selections etc
Selection includes use of leading manufacturers detailing specifications, installation methodology, HVCA, CIBSE, CORGI and other Trade Association installation specifications.
Design Methods
We utilise up to date Design Methods to suit each application and project size and type.
This includes computerised design packages, computer aided design solutions and selection of plant.
Working with leading manufacturers to select and specify the best solutions for both initial capital costs, operational running costs and environmental impact.
Installations
All installations from start to final commissioning comply with BS EN378 (BS4434) and are carried out by our fully trained engineers who hold CCNSG Safety Passports and/or CSCS Skill cards. They are carried out to specification supplemented by our own Installation Standards Guidelines.
Service & Maintenance
Regular maintenance of mechanical services equipment is a MUST. Equipment should have a minimum of TWO checks annually to maintain the efficient and continuing operation of plant.
We also offer to Contract Maintenance Customers a 365 day 24 hour call out service where they are also entered on the Company Priority Service List.
Our Maintenance Contracts can be tailored to individual requirements.
