MECHANICAL SERVICES / COMMERCIAL MANAGERAn excellent opportunity has arisen to join Airconaire`s Projects Department as a Mechanical Services/Commercial Manager.
You will need to possess key skills in Project Management, Client facing and understanding, excellent HVAC knowledge and Health & Safety Awareness.
You will be required to manage a variety of projects dealing with all aspects from tender to final account on Design & Build, New Build and Commercial Refurbishment projects.
A highly motivated individual is sought with a wealth of experience who is able to generate new business and market the company.

We require an ambitious and self-motivated Sales Manager to operate from our Strood office to further enhance our VRF/Splits/Service & Maintenance customer base within London and the South East.
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate they can work on their own initiative and as part of a Team on telephone and face-to-face sales and carry out: -
- Site Surveys.
- Estimates.
- Development of New Business.
- Basic plus excellent commission based salary.
